   Former Surgeon General C.Everett Koop No Involvement In Our Solution

      The U.S.Health Care is broken..We at the Lerman Report have come up with the solution.
The Affordable Health  Care Act even with the Republican revision is nowhere near the solution.The solution is a very simple in order to rectify this mess we call  Health Care in  America.
 A while back My father received a bill from an unknown Doctor for $500.  “Who are you”?  He replied to this Doctor-and went on to say I never went to you” This Doctor said your absolutely right you never saw me before ..but  remember last year when you were at the E.R.at your local hospital complaining  of chest pains and took & they took an EKG?.  Well I have a contract with that hospital for a  2nd opinion on interpretation  of those  EKG’S.  My father said first of all I never contracted you. & 2nd this is a year later and had the EKG showed any heart irregularity  they wouldn’t have release me.
  The Doctor got loud “He turned his fraudulent scheme  around and said “because of  people like you is the reason why our  health care is so expensive’. Another Doctor sends him a bill  for “In Office Surgery $600. What surgery my father  inquired The Office manager replied back “we pricked your finger for a drop of blood”.
 
Our plan is a simple one. Every Doctor will work for the Federal Government.. They will wear a uniform just like The Surgeon General. They will have a ranking and pay system just like as if they were Medical Officers in our Military with the exclusive difference is they can quit at anytime.. however if they decide to quit they will be permanently barred from practicing medicine or any of its related  fields anywhere within the U.S and it’s Territories.
 
Let them all wave goodbye to that big Mercedes Benz along with the Sprawling Multi Million Dollar Homes that they now enjoy..Trust us they will never starve they will make decent living..This will weed out for a lack of a better term ‘The Bums in our medical system.
All these urgent care facility’s can be taken over under imminent domain or fresh new facilities can be opened up.  We need dedication back in our health care field..More Marcus Welby and Ben Casey type Doctors as in years past .We are sure that The general public is in total agreement with us.

 WHILE WE  WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT WE FIND COMMUNISM REPREHENSIBLE HOWEVER WE SCRATCH OUR HEADS IN UTTER DISBELIEF THAT THESE TWO NATIONS WHICH WERE SUPPOSED TO HE BROKE  AFTER WWII ARE NOW FINANCIAL GIANTS CONTROLLING OUR ECONOMY.WE REMEMBER IN THE 1950’S MADE IN JAPAN WAS SYNONYMOUS WITH A CHEAP CRAPPY FRIVOLOUS PRODUCT.TODAY THAT DISTINCTION CAN BE PUT TOWARDS  PRODUCTS COMING IN  FROM CHINA..MANY PEOPLE TELL US THAT  THEY NOW GO TO CHINA ON VACATION..WHY? BECAUSE THEY CAN BUY ALL THEIR SOUVENIRS WHEN THEY RETURN HOME TO THE STATES.
JUST HOW BIG IS THIS NET THAT CHINA HAS DRAPED OVER US AFFECTING OUR FOREIGN POLICY? WE THOUGHT NAFTA  WOULD BREAK THE YOLK OF CHINESE DOMINANCE IN OUR PRODUCT MARKET.HOWEVER  BIG BUSINESS STILL OPTS NOT TO HAVE  THEIR GOODS MADE IN CENTRAL AMERICA ALONG WITH ITS LURE OF DUTY-FREE FOR ALL THOSE PRODUCTS  BROUGHT BACK ACROSS OUR BORDER.CAN WE EVER BREAK FREE OF THE YOLK OF CHINA?

     Europe Can Say Goodbye To Their Tourist Trade. Years ago any nation made its money basically by what natural resources that they had …Ore.. Coal.. Lumber…Oil. Those days are long gone .Today Any  commodities for any one  of the Europe Union Nation’s have been strictly reduced to the tourism trade and trade only.
     When you de board from a cruise ship around the periphery of the ship and gift shops it’s kept beyond safe. However venture merely one step out of the gift shop area and you take your life on your own hands. All of the tour guides will deliberately detour you away from the no Go zone that their Muslim and Arab immigrant populations have set up.
   There is  absolutely  nothing special about going to Europe anymore. Years ago you only perhaps only saw an artist’s rendition or from film footage of other famous historical spots. Today everyone see video tape or a live  stream.That has take away the luster  of seeing any of theses famous landmarks in person.
Any traveler will tell you that whatever any Souvenir Shops are selling is Unadulterated Junk..it’s Frivolous and can be purchase cheaper when you return back to your country of origin.
Let us clue every tourist in on a little known annoyance that you may endure from the Customs Agents when they look over what gifts that you return home with.Not far away from each & every U.S. international Airport they have what is known as “Duty Brokers” If the customs agent determines that the wrist watch that your bringing  in is valued over a certain amount he then sends you out side of the Airport grounds have one of these duty brokers come in pay a tariff on gift  rendering  it the furthest thing  from a bargain at all.
     So save your hard earned money because practically everything sold there is no different from what is sold back in  the states “MADE IN CHINA” anyway.We urge everyone that’s planing to vacation  in Europe to go to China instead..This way you can but all your souvenirs when you return home.
Bottom line.. .stay home …go to Branson Missouri… Vegas..Disney world..Checkout the Statue of liberty and the rest of The what Big apple has to offers. Beside all of these European shopkeepers and their populate have zero respect from Americans.

Migrant Workers Refusal To Leave..Solution Next Time Let Your Countryman Do The Dirty Work Themselves

We see the situation unfolding in Israel  concerning the Migrant workers is playing out at this very minute in  every E.U.Nation’s as Well and the all the Arab Gulf or Saudi peninsula states. Today in either modern … All of these workers are hailing from either Africa ..The Indian Sub Continent ..The Pacific Rim  or the Balkans. Western or industrialized nations the population has become fat and lazy.

Believe it or not this is the Crux of the history of the Arab Israeli problem ine Holy Land. As of today  Our Serviceman are basically going from one tour to another with very little time between tours. This is  running the Military Personnel Rigid. Lets face Reality You can not win War Without Boots  On The Ground. Our Enlistment numbers are lowest now than they have been since Pre WWI Times.

Suit up  For 6 Years.  Want a Green Card? Then  Serve a Hitch in Our Army. You want to enjoy our great way of life in The U.S.?  Then show your appreciation to Uncle Sam by giving back and  Serving in Any of Our  Branches in Armed Forces.  We’ll close up all the loop holes making certain that if you’re not in good shape or have some  sort of minor Physical handicap you’ll still be eligible to enter the  military, ..Keep in mind anyone can pick up a Broom or a Frying Pan. I also presume that there are many people out there that can Type or Sew. That’s good  because all these non-combatant military Jobs will free a Stronger more able-bodied Solider to advance to the front lines. This is the best solution concerning our current  immigration situation.

Everyone who ever  dinned out knows that thick cut french toast is made from Jewish egg bread”Challah”.Now Ihop comes along and it almost seems that they are deliberately advertising it as Brioche (French Egg Bread) which is basically not sold in the U.S. however Challah is. It almost appears that was done deliberately in order to avoid the name Challah and thus anything remotely related to a Jewish food or product name.

Challah and brioche, while similar, are not the same bread at all. The most important difference has to do with the fact that challah is part of Jewish tradition, and is kosher to eat with all meals—so it is not made with dairy, i.e. butter. Brioche, on the other hand, is French, so of course it is made with butter!Jan 7, 2014

A while back the Dunkin Donuts  were advertising ”Artisan Bagels”.We believe that too was  some sort of  an attempt to Dejudaising their Bagels that they were selling.

    The American economy is 100% Dependant on Oil .Believe it or not Oil runs our economy.  When Gasoline prices rose nearly $5.00 a gallon it nearly crippled the economy.  All prices took a price hike…after all product from your grocer to your favorite haberdasher shelves don’t get there byosmosis but by truckin & trucks Gasoline or Diese Fuel .
Having said all this the Auto Industry is paramount in our society. Years Ago when a car cost  anywhere from $3,000 -12,000 you could save up for a car in a few years.. today its virtually impossible to do that..  Today a car may run you  as much as $30,000 and that basically for the entry-level vehicle not an Infinity ..Lexus or Caddy.   Every year car prices increace. By the time that you sock away money  to purchase a car it cost more & Your money buys less.  Leasing is the only way that he vast majority can not buy a new car.At one time if weren’t a  business they wouldn’t lease to you..not the situation tiday .For a mere down payment you can  lease a car for as little as $170.00 per month.
Having said that the average American no longer has  neither the  salary or bank account with over $30,000 minimum to take out and buy a car.. Without Leasing  the Oil sales disappear and our economy  takes a dive and business’ takes spiral plunge downward…
