A few lowlifes will throw away all sense of decency  and propriety finding totally acceptable to spray paint & throw eggs on cars.

They are ruining a once fun Holiday for those who enjoy trick or treating and attending costume parties..When someone steals a trick or treaters  collected candy or eggs a car and ruins the those effected find no humor in & that is not what Halloween was ever intended for.

Worse yet theses thugs will have no compunction whatsoever to spray paints someones fence or brick work and cause thousands of dollars in damage..Not to be out done there is toilet Papering…where a several rolls of Toilet paper are thrown onto a tree on someone property forcing he land lords to hire a cleaning crew at least several hundred dollars to remove it.

It almost reminds us of the current movie “The Purge”(where  once a year there is no law and you murder ..maim or destroy  for 8 hours)

  Many communities have banned Halloween because of that and imposed curfew after 7pm because of the behavior of these bums.Allthough few in numbers compared to those who don’t run amuck they are still in high numbers to ruin a pleasant day

  We don’t know about you but We have been a situations where we had to get in touch with some particular Companies that we are doing business with.

They hide or  downright omit it from either their web page or  make sure that it never appears on any search engine.There other  outfits that all though lost their phone numbers..They make certain that their mail box is always full..thus impossible to leave a message .

Others will put you on hold and after hope that after holding on for 10 minutes that you get disgusted and hang up..guess? Even if you stay on the line they will hang up on you & pretend it’s a malfunction.

Some outfits will post a contact page which intended for customers to leave their complaints..Most of the time issues that they give you to click on does not pertain to your problem whatsoever.However 999 out of 1,000 times you will never get reply back anyway.The law should be written as making it mandatory for them have an active contact number.

We all have to face up to reality that they do not want to speak to anyone who has a problem with their company ..in other word they take your money a run.No different then fly by night outfit.Keep this in mind an honest reputable company wants to correct something that went wrong with their product or services…

It costs nearly $20,000 a year to maintance a horse & no farmer is going to take any horses and be burnded with that exspence in. They most proberly be shipped out of the country to be pulling a cart till the day that they die .If they are lucky maybe they will be sold to a riding accadeny or pull a cart such as the horse drawn carriages at Central Park if they are lucky..

Pet stores when they  stuck to of old stock of dogs getting to big and old to sell surrender them to an outfit such as the ASPCA .Demand to know their fate !

The liberal return policy of most stores will be coming to a close & will be a thing of the past within the next 2 years. Stores accept everything from clothing to Electric Razors as returned items in virtually any condition including ripped boxes and such.
In the past stores scrutinized returned with a fine tooth comb .40 years ago it was almost impossible to get your money back or even an even exchange item..Guess what those days are returning soon

Many people tell us that after returning home with an Electric Razor that they discover hairs from the previous purchasers in it.Most if not all returned items are immediately repacked..restocked and resold.On some items the repackaged box doesn’t match the serial number on the item..that means only that the defective item was returned but the original carton was either kept by the first customers as it was not in good shape or it was replaced by the store. (many manufactures supply retailers selling their products with extra boxes for just that reason).

SO LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

  So we will urge everyone in the strongest language to always be 100% certain that when buying something electrical to make sure that the serial number on the outside of the carton matches the serial number on the unit inside the carton..a dead give-away that it was a return item.

We at The Lerman Report  personally know higher-ups in the Retail Industry who confided with us on this new return policy which slated to take place within the next 2 years & you can take this info to the Bank!

  McDonald’s’  is perhaps the most successful fast chain as well as busiest both in America as well as abroad..Now they intend to terminate workers due to  new minimum wage requirements.& replace them with an automated ordering kiosk. What a brass set that their upper management has.

They should  be contented to have a fraction less profit.Their food leaves  an awful  lot to he desired to begin with.We guess that bombardment  with commercial pays off.Time for the public to wake up and bid them a fond farewell.

If I was in a famine zone such as Biafra and war starving To death and some walked by and said hey get your free McDonald’s here..I’d pass and “no thanks I’ll starve.”

 All Hospitals Should be Required to Have Free parking Lots for clinic patients, outpatients,ambulatory patients,in patients and all hospital visitors period ! I had to visit a friend in a major well known a renown hospital which for the purpose of this story I shall omit. To be honest with everyone it makes no difference which hospital  because its standard practice at every Hospital Facility.

So get ready to have your wallet ready.Every Hospital maintains some sort of parking lot & all they  charge $5.00 and hour for the first hour then $7.00 for 2nd hour so on and so forth ..get the picture?..and if just one second over the time that the  parking ticket reads then your charged  for an additional  hour.

   A hospital gets $100.00 for an aspirin alone plus much more for more important drugs plus they get all sorts of government and private grants and contributions.

For them to have the audacity to either sell or lease their parking lot to an outfit such as Kenny or maintain a pay lot by themselves is simply  begond outrageous!

If they get any government funding or grants which they all are in receipt of to some degree then should  be required to supply free parking to the above  mentioned .

By the way last week I spent $50.00 on parking to visit a sick friend, and that’s a shame./end
