How many folks reading this post have ever been craped on by the Office manager of  your Doctor’s office? Sooner or later we will all feel the Office  Manager’s rath. They are rude, nasty, Disrespectful and  downright inconsiderate. Do the Doctors  accually  know how they are treating their patients? Some do some  don’t Doctors  generally  give their office staff a certain amount of  autonomy.Having said that every businessman will  tell you that if  anybody in their employ had that  miserable attitude,they would be shown the door. Somehow It seems to bypass Doctors. I had a wonderful Doctor..However l  will no longer go to him due to  the office managers attitude

Can anybody  enlightened me as to what is the mystique  of Sriracha  condiment and Salted  Carmel? I tried this  Sriraacha sauce..its a big zero ..nothing to wright home about .. a mediocre second-rate preparation if I ever saw one.Yet every place is on the Sriracha bandwagon.. Why ? I personally would take a Tabasco style sauce any day, Franks Red Hot or El Tappatio etc. I went to a famous Sea Food restaurant & ordered Sriracha Shrimp all it was shrimp with some Sriiracha sauce squeezed on it..This is cooking ? My favorite is a Vietnamese preparation Sambal Oelek  (more like a pastes than a sauce),.Someone must own stock in some sort of Sriracha farm perhaps it’s their reason for pushing this  product big time. Then their  is Sriracha’s good friend “Salted Carmel”again someone must own stock in  Carmel production because it’s all over the place.. why every shmuck and his brother are selling  the same food product that has or is ‘Salted Carmel’  You be the Judge  is it  worth  anything? We say no

Todays coffee is nowhere near as good as the coffee let’s say 30 years ago . once they switched to 11oz as from a full lb.can it’s just not the same anymore. yet more coffee is sold by the cup in outlets such as Starbucks, Panera,DunkinDonuts Seattles best than ever before either from Diners ,lunchonetts,and even those that were brewed at home .It seems that the worse it is the more popular it became. How many people use a percolator at home either a range top or electric anymore,maybe a Mr. Coffee type maker at home& you have to either microwave it or drink it fast as its never hot merely  luke warm .

 All coffee today is either a cheap Rebusto Bean or a quality Arabica Bean,gone are the days when all beans originated from  South  America,those  days are history today 90% of coffee beans come from Vietnam.

I remember when Publics  Supermarket packaged coffee. I was a snow bird and on my return  trip to N.Y. I would pack a suitcase with Public  Columbian 1lb brick.Today  the airlines  would think I was smuggling  something not on the up and up.

 Today I drink most of my coffee from  outlets such as Panera  Bread  (unlimited  refills) or IKEA  FREE with their  card..Bottom line  it’s no longer good to the last drop.

We never chided  him for  the warm greeting he gave to Obama during Obama’s visit for a tour of the  devastation of Hurricane Sandy  that  time he did nothing wrong & was a great cheerleader  for  Jersey…but now a big gas hike..Christy balance  the budget cut the  pork & don’t raise the gas prices and mind you a 23 cents a gallon is a big hit.

 There has to be tighter restrictions on blocked unknown  or unavailable calls.. This  intrusion into our privacy must stop. Even  the fake numbers that should has to be put to an end. How Many times had you received  call like this?  “Donald Lerman” Who is this I reply.. Donald Lerman  they repeat . Once more “Who is this ? Its Joe Smugegee .  I reply back Joe Smuggee who? The voice on the unanimous line says ‘your carpet cleaner’.

‘ I  reply back  listen this is a no call restricted number, and don’t ever call this number again. It doesn’t help one bit. They can even have a phony number appear  on  your phones ID screen.

Or this is the IRS and we are about to take you to file suit if you don’t pay us .can we have you credit card number or can you send us a Western Union money order ?  You can’t trace them because they call on a disposable phone from offshore. Keep in mind that the  IRS does not make such calls. In closing.call or write your state and Federal representatives soon to put permanent end to this calls.

   Burger King Keep Your Toilets Clean just like McDonalds does. I’ve noticed a pretty new menu at Burger king however the Toilets remain filthy, Feces are stuck against the walls of the  commode and a great permeation of Urine prevails in the rest rooms in many of your outlets  .  I see bums going in the mens room with a sponge to  Sort of ‘clean up ”

Although we are in no fan of Mcdonalds We will say this they keep the toilets clean ..they have an attendant check every 10 minutes maybe even less time to clean any mess up their that occurs in the rest rooms.Our advice is being a close pin with you when you dine at Burger King .  While Burger King is investing a small fortune renovating  all their free standing  units they fail to keep their toilets in clean condition.BURGER KING CLEAN YOUR TOILETS

If You Kill Or Abuse An Animal Punishment Should Be The Same As A Human. No more slap on the wrists for those for those who do harm to   animals..  When you ride a subway or MTA train ot bus in N. Y. State if you asulted i a conductor  the  law is so written that the same penalty applies as if you asulted  a cop..7 years in prison now  I am not  comparing the 2 other than to bring out that the law must be applied equally. The  animal abuse   laws have to be rewritten at the penelity becomes servere the same as if you  asulted  or killed  a human. I know some will say  well what about farm animals in our food chain that goes to slaughter thou I’m saddened by that situation  for  the  purpose of this post   shall not aprouch  that subject  righ now.  I see all sort of horror stories of animal abuse hit and runs by automobiles to  Abandonment and every sort of cruelty whether its dog fighting  or  labortory experiments or just some crazy bastard  with plain old neglect abuse and murder of animals ..Time to change the laws . *read examples below..

Ever See on T.V. when they have a Segment concerning the E.R. & the Doctors and Nurses pushing a crash cart with a patient on it  frantically with  all the vim & vigor and  gusto with every breath they take?  Well anyone who has ever been an E.R. patient at any hospital knows that’s bullshit and only fiction..It just don’t happen that way. You can bleed out or die from heart failure or any number of things waiting to be seen by a Doctor or even a triage Nurse for that matter.

I recently have had a numbness in my ears going down onto my neck and my face  was numb as if  I left a Dentists office & was on Novocaine which I  was not..So I did not call 911 and have an ambulance get me have taken me to a nearest hospital which in  my humble opinion is a joint . So I drove myself  to a nearby hospital in a neighboring town ..For the purpose of this story I shall  omit their names of both of these hospitals and they shall remain anonymous.

When I arrived in the E.R.  the first thing  I did was going to the receptionist window ,I told her that I felt as if  I’m having a stroke as my entire  face is numb “Fill out this form please” she replied,I then gave her my HMO card & my Drivers licence  & asked her to fill it out for me as I’m currently  in no condition to do so at this time. A half hour passed and I still was not seen by the Triage Nurse.The resiptionist then tells  me that other people are ahead of me…I then said  ”Look what about stroke don’t you understand? I than went on further and told her that I always heard that early intervention is a must if you want to survive a stroke without  unwanted paralysis …at that point she said the Triage Nurse said that you’re not having a stroke .. I replied  back ” how can she say that because she hasn’t layed eyes on me Yet?” The receptionist then said because  I told her so” I said who are you to make a medical assertion you’re not a nurse or a doctor you have no medical background whatsoever you’re a clerk a pencil pusher , Let me see the  Triage Nurse now tell her off her  rear end  and  examine  me right now ! WELL THIS IS THE REALITY OF THE E.R. For a country  that pays the highest  cost for medical  care  in the world this should  never occur./end
