If You Kill Or Abuse An Animal Punishment Should Be The Same As A Human. No more slap on the wrists for those for those who do harm to   animals..  When you ride a subway or MTA train ot bus in N. Y. State if you asulted i a conductor  the  law is so written that the same penalty applies as if you asulted  a cop..7 years in prison now  I am not  comparing the 2 other than to bring out that the law must be applied equally. The  animal abuse   laws have to be rewritten at the penelity becomes servere the same as if you  asulted  or killed  a human. I know some will say  well what about farm animals in our food chain that goes to slaughter thou I’m saddened by that situation  for  the  purpose of this post   shall not aprouch  that subject  righ now.  I see all sort of horror stories of animal abuse hit and runs by automobiles to  Abandonment and every sort of cruelty whether its dog fighting  or  labortory experiments or just some crazy bastard  with plain old neglect abuse and murder of animals ..Time to change the laws . *read examples below..

Ever See on T.V. when they have a Segment concerning the E.R. & the Doctors and Nurses pushing a crash cart with a patient on it  frantically with  all the vim & vigor and  gusto with every breath they take?  Well anyone who has ever been an E.R. patient at any hospital knows that’s bullshit and only fiction..It just don’t happen that way. You can bleed out or die from heart failure or any number of things waiting to be seen by a Doctor or even a triage Nurse for that matter.

I recently have had a numbness in my ears going down onto my neck and my face  was numb as if  I left a Dentists office & was on Novocaine which I  was not..So I did not call 911 and have an ambulance get me have taken me to a nearest hospital which in  my humble opinion is a joint . So I drove myself  to a nearby hospital in a neighboring town ..For the purpose of this story I shall  omit their names of both of these hospitals and they shall remain anonymous.

When I arrived in the E.R.  the first thing  I did was going to the receptionist window ,I told her that I felt as if  I’m having a stroke as my entire  face is numb “Fill out this form please” she replied,I then gave her my HMO card & my Drivers licence  & asked her to fill it out for me as I’m currently  in no condition to do so at this time. A half hour passed and I still was not seen by the Triage Nurse.The resiptionist then tells  me that other people are ahead of me…I then said  ”Look what about stroke don’t you understand? I than went on further and told her that I always heard that early intervention is a must if you want to survive a stroke without  unwanted paralysis …at that point she said the Triage Nurse said that you’re not having a stroke .. I replied  back ” how can she say that because she hasn’t layed eyes on me Yet?” The receptionist then said because  I told her so” I said who are you to make a medical assertion you’re not a nurse or a doctor you have no medical background whatsoever you’re a clerk a pencil pusher , Let me see the  Triage Nurse now tell her off her  rear end  and  examine  me right now ! WELL THIS IS THE REALITY OF THE E.R. For a country  that pays the highest  cost for medical  care  in the world this should  never occur./end

 I was  talking to a friend she was  a Vegetarian , and in conversation I said that its sad that when we see a plate  of veal or sausage  or corned beef sandwich we are fooled as to  what it really is It is a lot  of suffering  and cruelty that went into that meal.  I often heard stories of  slaughterhouses   and even saw a small glimpse of one on T.V. for lees than  a few seconds but when I saw pictures of  pigs that live out their life in a crate or a  calf that’s taken away from its mother right after birth and put into a darkened crate so we can eat veal this  was the wake up call. I will try to be a vegetarian  soon, it’s not easy, but my heart broke when seeing these pictures

What  McDonalds did was to train the dining out public to bus thier own tables. When this first occured in the late 1960’s I used to leave my tray on the table for an employee to take it away .I don’t work for them nor draw a salary from them I used to say.Just Like a trained circus animal the public soon learned what is exspected of them to do.Not only do we have to bring the food to the tables ourselves but bus as well.

  Then their is the gas stations ,at one time the atttendant used to wash your windows,check your oil, check your tire presure and pump the gas for you..today they do squat.Mr.And Mrs Public now pumps their own gas.The Air Pumps at one time had bells stop ringing when the correct amount of dialed tire presure was achieved today it a a guessing game unlees you  carry a tire gage.The gas stations do nothing anymore.You and I do not draw asalary from them either.In N.Y. State there is a little known law in that if you are a Senior Citizen or Diabled then the Gas Station must pum for you if you unable to do it yourself..fat chance,the attendant plays possum when you ring for them.

  I’m a creature of habit,I  remember White Castle Hamburgers had a car hop dressed in a bell hop style blue uniform they would come to your car..you’d roll down the window half way and they had a speacial tray that fit onto your window and you would eat in your car.When they stopped bell hop sevice for years I would  still eat the white Castles  in my car.It took years untill I dinned inside the  resturnant.Not to long ago the Supermarkets had everone bag their own groceries..that I always refused to do.

You don’t give that privilege to Illegal immigrants not even to legal immigrants untill they take & pass the Citizenship. Felons  are   restricted  from voting & in order to vote and you should be required to show proper I.d. including a board of Election Card saying that you are eligible to vote.It  is being touted  to allow non citizens vote in California .If this is true than California allows this  it should  be null and void any votes in a National Election.That should include voting for  U.S.Senator and Congressional seats.

If you allow non citizens the right to vote then whats the purpose of having or obtaining citizenship.

      Springfield|: A man from Massachusetts is suing Golden Corral Corporation for 2 million dollars, for false advertising, after being literally thrown out of one of the chain’s restaurants by the employees, last Thursday.

According to witnesses, the 51 year old man who lives on welfare, was expelled from the restaurant after he then spent more than 7 hours on-site, ingesting a quantity of food which has been estimated between 50 and 70 pounds.

Despite the fact that the restaurant advertised the buffet as “all-you-can-eat”, the manager of the establishment seems to have lost patience at some point, telling him that his meal would be free but asking him to leave. The manager’s intervention angered Mr Fleming, and a brief altercation took place before he was finally pushed out of the restaurant.

He immediately called the police and filed a complaint against the restaurant, and he intends to make the people responsible for his mistreatment, pay for their actions.

“It’s a serious injustice, and I am deeply insulted!” Mr. Flemmings told reporters. “With my income, I rarely go to the restaurant, so I try to get as much as I can for my money when I do. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Not only did they kick me out while I was still hungry, but they looked at me like I was disgusting, like I was not worthy of eating there! It’s unacceptable, and I demand a compensation!”

Mr Flemming says the employee of the Golden Corral did not use any insulting language, but he claims that the disgust that was visible on their faces has left him with some deep emotional wounds.
The direction of the restaurant chain quickly issued a press release announcing that the decision to expel Mr. Flemmings was a regrettable personal initiative from an overzealous franchise manager. They also said that some financial indemnities had been offered to compensate the damage suffered by the victim, but had been refused.

Mr Flemmings confirmed that he had been offered a significant amount of money by the company, but he is convinced that he can get more if he goes to court.

The primary hearing in this case should take place on March 7, at the Springfield District Court.
