When someone does answer they commences to  give you the hard sell.

They get your name  from sucker list from having bought a particular item or from cookies that pick up and selectively gear the for sale item to your commuter viewing.The correct thing that we call do when making a phone call is we identify ourselves to whom we calling”This is Moses Lerman can I speak to  Joe Smith They don’t do that..you can expect something like this”Mr.Lerman”? Who is this I reply back?.Mr.Moses Lerman?..who is this I say once more.Mr Lerman.They may say that they are your chimney cleaner….At that point I hang up.

Can it be put to an end? Yes it can the technology is at hand..many years ago.it was virtually impossible to find out who’s calling.The technology was available but the phone company never fitted their systems with the stuff that would do he job.When they call and you pick up I urge everyone never confirm your name …talk in a foreign accent…be blunt and get them.off your line quickly..never ever  engage them in conversation or even acknowledge  your true name or address.If they feel that you Mr Joe Smith is no longer is connected with your number than your number no longer has a value to them

We need  new legislation and a support team from our providers right now

This my friends in the trade is known as Planned Obolesesance..A company will only give the public new   technological feature when they are forced to.It will be out in given in dribs and drabs & only when they want to have the jump on their competitor..

If you don’t answer these phone calls ..they will call and call until you do.When you do no ones there..

So if they want they can stop it..why don’t don’t they stop it now? Money they are making money from these calls that’s why .Call or phone your municipality …State and Congressional representatives to have new laws enacted to stop this insanity once & for all.

The  Micro wave Oven Helped Change The Family Structure..I remember first seeing what was an  early microwave oven at the 1964 Worlds fair in New York.I WAS AT THE N.Y.STATE pavilion and purchased a meal. Most food sold at the Worlds Fair was very high and much overpriced 2020 prices in 1964… However not so at then the NY. State Pavillion.After having purchased a 50 cent meal to  eat and brought it over to my table to eat however I noticed it was ice cold.I immediately went  to my manager to complain.The manager explained that you have to put in the micro wave oven..I couldn’t believe my eyes how it heated it up..fast forward 10 years… No one ever seen or heard of such a device in 1964..

   Now in 1974 micro wave ovens are wide-spread across  America. the average one would have cost you at least $500, that’s one of the few things that escaped inflation..today you can buy one for anywhere from $79- $100 for a 1,000 watts. In America in the 1950’s and 1960’s and before all America ate supper or dinner regardless of race,religion, ethic or social economic group at 6 pm..The micro wave oven changed all that,no longer do most family’s eat as a unit but rather everyone takes their food out of the  refrigeration and heats it up in her micro wave .Gone are the traditional family diners  with exemptions of perhaps formal Holiday diners. Is this better or worse?..Whose to say but that’s the way it is today /end

Car Owners today no longer take pride in their cars as past generation did.There was a time when a car oner would be concerned about where they parked their car in a parking lot.I still park far away at the lots end so some uncaring owner or passenger doesn’t open their doors a ding my doors.I may even take the picture with my cell phone of the cars parked to my Left & Right  of my car as well as the car behind me (may back into my car). If your unable to park your car way on the back ..then make sure that when you park that  your passenger door is parallels yo the car on the next cars driver door side because most people put their grocery’ away on their passenger side along with the shopping cart

Today the gage of metal  although it no longer rusts out as cars of the past  however  the gage of metal used on cars are not as thick as in they were in the 1950’s & 1960’s..and  with the slightest tap it dings very easily…

Owners of parking lots in shopping centers are required to paint the lines a certain distant apart from.each stale….But we all know that they violate  that stipulates because they want more parking spots? ( Each Municipality laws on  distance may differ).

However today people don’t care one way or another.Gone are the days that real pride is displayed by owners..they say it’s only a car.

Everything on the 1950’s were  done for the American  public’s car owners..Drive in Movie Theaters,Dairy Barn,Carvel,Fast Food Hamburgers Shops..you sat on your car while it was being put through the dar wash…A car wash  including.with tax and without a tip is up to $27..no wonder people do not clean their  ars that often.

A few lowlifes will throw away all sense of decency  and propriety finding totally acceptable to spray paint & throw eggs on cars.

They are ruining a once fun Holiday for those who enjoy trick or treating and attending costume parties..When someone steals a trick or treaters  collected candy or eggs a car and ruins the those effected find no humor in & that is not what Halloween was ever intended for.

Worse yet theses thugs will have no compunction whatsoever to spray paints someones fence or brick work and cause thousands of dollars in damage..Not to be out done there is toilet Papering…where a several rolls of Toilet paper are thrown onto a tree on someone property forcing he land lords to hire a cleaning crew at least several hundred dollars to remove it.

It almost reminds us of the current movie “The Purge”(where  once a year there is no law and you murder ..maim or destroy  for 8 hours)

  Many communities have banned Halloween because of that and imposed curfew after 7pm because of the behavior of these bums.Allthough few in numbers compared to those who don’t run amuck they are still in high numbers to ruin a pleasant day

  We don’t know about you but We have been a situations where we had to get in touch with some particular Companies that we are doing business with.

They hide or  downright omit it from either their web page or  make sure that it never appears on any search engine.There other  outfits that all though lost their phone numbers..They make certain that their mail box is always full..thus impossible to leave a message .

Others will put you on hold and after hope that after holding on for 10 minutes that you get disgusted and hang up..guess? Even if you stay on the line they will hang up on you & pretend it’s a malfunction.

Some outfits will post a contact page which intended for customers to leave their complaints..Most of the time issues that they give you to click on does not pertain to your problem whatsoever.However 999 out of 1,000 times you will never get reply back anyway.The law should be written as making it mandatory for them have an active contact number.

We all have to face up to reality that they do not want to speak to anyone who has a problem with their company ..in other word they take your money a run.No different then fly by night outfit.Keep this in mind an honest reputable company wants to correct something that went wrong with their product or services…

It costs nearly $20,000 a year to maintance a horse & no farmer is going to take any horses and be burnded with that exspence in. They most proberly be shipped out of the country to be pulling a cart till the day that they die .If they are lucky maybe they will be sold to a riding accadeny or pull a cart such as the horse drawn carriages at Central Park if they are lucky..

Pet stores when they  stuck to of old stock of dogs getting to big and old to sell surrender them to an outfit such as the ASPCA .Demand to know their fate !
