Colleges  Are  Making Out Like Bandits  Today An Education Costs As Much As $80,000 Per Year And That’s Paramount To Hy-way Robbery

  Before the Viet Nam war  only the upper middle  class and rich went  onto college for the most part, the students of the working poor went on to trade school or straight to work from High School.
The  Viet Nam War changed that forever. At first it was a way out of the war and draft now has become the standard the Norm for most. The most brilliant of student did not go on to higher education, the war had put and end to that forever.Today a High School diploma is nothing more than an attendance certificate.When many.students graduated High School a College Education cost $10 000 for the complete 4 years..
25 years ago a college education costs around $40,000 for 4 years today it’s that much per year. Ex or former  graduated  Students are defaulting on their student loans & they can never pay them back. People’s credit is being ruined  for life , something is  wrong with this system .Its lopsided  the only ones befitting for the most part are the colleges.  College tuition must be capped and rolled back to 1960 prices
All The Bru HaHa and commotion about Affirmative Action was a shame because it didn’t have to divide America.
Why you ask.. because at $80,000 tuition they could accommodated everyone..well enough money to hire more professors get more books and build more classrooms. …  That’s not $80,000 but $80,000 per student per year ..sad let us all wake up and see it for what it really is college is a  merely  a business for the owners and stock holders of the college nothing more.Don’t let anyone tell you that ”I’m going  to college for an education”…BULLSH-T. they’re going for a piece of paper… A BA,an MA , A PHD,your lucky if when you graduate that if you’ll get a J.O.B.

Bums Or as they are known today as homeless in the 1930’s we’d call them Hobos ,but for the purpose of this story, I’ll refer to them as Bums, they are hogging the soda and bottle deposit booths and forcing us  many to   dump their deposit cans and bottles in the garage and loose their deposit.
I see them pushing large supermarket carts filled to capacity with empty soda cans and taking up all the space at the deposit booths, In my area I can see a sea of Bums wheeling in those over stacked supermarket wagons with bottles & cans And the average  Mr. & Mrs can”t redeem their empties.
The supermarket should crack down on this, many have   & those that have are very lack in enforcing it and so the our cans windup in the trash. there must be  a limit and it must be in inforced  because its hindering our  recycling efforts  ..end

Beards should be allowed in all phases of military and police in this country. The British Army always allowed the Indians to be bearded & their Sikh soldiers turbaned.It in no way did it hindered their performance Simply by not allowing its just plain biased plain and simple whether its Jew – Muslim -or what ever culture .Anyone that wants a beard should be permitted to one have one.In ancient times soldiers were told to shave off their beards since in battle an approaching soldiers can pull it and disable him. Most cases men who complains about a beard is unable to grow a good beard due to lack of facial hair. or their Boss won’t allow them to do so.
The N.Y. C Police academy to dismissed an applicant after he went through the training course is just unconscionable he should be reinstated immediately if not sooner,end

When I was growing up circa 1950’s, you has one Bakery one luncheonette one Pizzeria one Chinese takeout in a neighborhood ,Today in a span or radius of 2 miles you can go to a dozen stores to play lotto , buy Pizza or what have you . nothing has the resale value as it did anymore , you can’t close down even for 1 day because people go elsewhere and you loose or then share their trade with another store, how sad that a retailer can’t even close for a religious or national Holiday or death in a family without feeling the big pinch Mom & Pop Stores Going To The America will Buy a piece of property no cost to high, demolish the existing structure and rebuild and rebuild strip mall or building at an astronomical cost lets say a Drug store or what have you. how can you compete against a giant like this ?
A Mom & Pop simlply can not.the future you may only see pizza huts or Dominoes, Pizza still around as rents and the outright refusal by big corporations to sign leases with a Mom &pops; So be prepared to see a new breed of retailer around in the next 10 yrs. Mom & Pop Stores Going To The Wayside making way for in. to corporations to open their outlets .          Big Oil has taken the savings of Americans to  tune of more than $10,000 more than they did  last decade, some spend an average of $300 to $600 dollars to travel to work per month on the average.What was once the driving publics savings has gone into the coffers Big oil.This has to stop and until it does there  will be  no true recovery in the economy and housing market.
People are loosing their equity and hard earned savings as a domino effect on all sold goods takes  efect and all retail prices just keep rising with no end in site.Congress must act in a bipartisan manner to correct this problem , the administration  must open up oil reserves now  cap prices now if a solution is in site for the future. We at the Lerman Report suggest nationalization of all oil companies as a major remedy of this problem.end

LONDON — Emergency workers who needed to take an obese teenager from her home to a hospital in Wales had to break through a wall of the residence to get her out and into an ambulance, officials said Friday.
The rescue on the second floor of the small house on Thursday used scaffolding as a ramp to lower the woman to the ground level, the local Rhondda Cynon Taf council said.
The unidentified 19-year-old remained hospitalized Friday and her medical condition was not released.
Neighbors said her weight had risen as high as 380 kilos (835 pounds).
The U.K. has one of Europe’s fattest populations: more than 60 percent of adults and one third of children aged 10-11 are overweight or obese, roughly similar to U.S. statistics.

The high cost of living is chasing away New  York’s middle Class and its future as college graduates seek jobs and homes  outside of New York, even thou the price of  Real Estate sharply drops lower and lower  the future to to middle class, its professionalization core and base leave the Metro New York area for parts unknown, to get decent housing at a moderate cost. whats left is the very rich who doesn’t seem to care about the high cost of living
       New York and its poor  who have no  choice in the mater and stay as rent control and  and other  forms of  subsidized housing keep them in New York. while  the Middle Class  flees, real estate falls lower making a sort of fire sale price on homes for sale . changing neighborhoods from middle class to lower  income and whats left is  the working poor .
