     Polio is making a come back, in short the vaccine  giving in the 1950’s the Salk and Sabin only may last 40 years  as experts  tell us today . Many areas in the world Polio has been found in  standing water including Israel a few years back.Many Baby Boomers remember when they were a kids in the 1950’s . Every Mother would yell as their kids came in from playing ”You wanna get Polio? Go wash up now!” Polio always took root in the hot summer months…

There was always someone your neighborhood that contracted Polio In the summer.This may prove to be a major  problem if it prevails… lets hope not.

Question: Should The U.S. Switch From A 2 Party System To A Parliamentary One?  Would the American public be better served to have a Parliamentary style system without perhaps direct election for President similar to the one Israel  has in place our present  form.of government?

Would more single issue party’s that would never get their program  in acted in law  be a hindrance or a plus?  iS THE 2 Party System passed with our present  way of trying to elect  Representatives that are  in step with The people? Should we have a constitutional convention to change our present form of Government to  a parliamentary  one? Whats your thoughts?
