There  is a  plenty to be said about our modern Jury system, As anyone who has ever been one  can tell you if some people want to get on a Jury they will answer the question  the way the Prosecutor or defending lawyer wants it answered , that’s why there is  so  much Jury nullification today and stupid Jurors , not a good thing to trust your life to .

What we need is professional Jurors  either elected like school board trustees or appointed like supreme court Judges , people who can grasp the law and gravity of a situation   and that’s it in a nut shell. End/

Say No To Casino Gambling, what benefit did it do for  New Jersey  Once you exit a few blocks from the casino area  in Atlantic city its a depressed area , no different then before Casino gambling at all. what befit did lotto do for  N.Y. State , its still a high tax state maybe the highest in the nation, at least one of the top 3 taxers I’m sure. There is a lot of money being poured lotto number and all kind of chance lottery tickets , wheres the benefit ? you tell me .

I know right now we are in a repression people are hurting financially  from taxes and  the gas pump, what we don’t need at this juncture in   time is casino gambling to lure more money away from the poor souls that already can’t make end meet as well as the extra traffic jams , say no to casino gambling nation wide . /

•   Are all auto insurances engaging in price fixing?Are they all in collusion when it comes to Auto policies? Whose  to say.However I needed an auto policy as mine as gotten to high in the last few years, It seems  that Allstate, State Farm ,Liberty, Hartford, Progressive, Nationwide all the same rate within a few dollars.You would think that some one of these outfits would  wants my business  and try’s  to beat the others price . ..It’s not happening!

• Here’s what they will ask you to determine your rate ..and mind you each question determines higher rates..

• 1.do you rent or own  your own your own

• home? You rent then higher rates

• 2.married? Single then higher rates

• 3 one car then no multi car discount

• 3.no homeowners insurance then that means no bundles…higher rates.

• 4.Whats your education level?high school at most then FU higher rates.

• It makes no difference if you have no Moving vioations or accidents

You better believe that  we  are all paying for all that  T.V. advertising, You can’t win  they like Big Oil &_Big Pharma has got us all by the short hairs and there isn’t  a thing none of us  can do end/

Why is it that every time that I go to purchase an American Flag which is a non taxable item by an act of Congress   why must I have to argue not to pay the tax? It’s the principal not the money.It’s only that the shop keeper wants to extract from me and pocket the false tax money that h they collect that  bothers  me. I heard that many shop keepers charge tax but don’t turn it in to the state tax dept or Uncle Sam.They buy lets say $5,000 worth of tobacco products mainly cigarettes and pay the distributor$3,000 in cash and a check for $2000 .Now all the Shopkeeker has to do is turn into  the government on tax collected on  the $2 ,000  ( because that’s all that shows on paper)

So in essence their cheating you and me and the government at the same time.So when I buy a doughnut it is non taxable  but if They serve it to me at a lunch counter they can charge  me sales tax.When I buy  a can of Lemonade (a non carbonated drink )and they charge me deposit which In certain states it’s a non deposit item and I have to call the  manager  of the store ., This most likely is not an accident but done to cheat all of us  plain and  simple , does this happen to you?  It seem that almost all shopkeepers got their hand out for your  non deserved Tax money these days

Let Us Start   Now Hear This! The  Roads that we drive on were strictly intended for Use of licensed motored vehicles only. May I say again it licensed motored vehicles only.

Ir was and was not intended for Bicycles or even worse motorized wheel chairs.. God bless these handicapped individuals for getting around on their own but please stay off the roads  as you are danger to yourselves and other drivers.The roads are for cars trucks motorcycles, Buses and  that’s all  enough said/end

I was just reading a series of articles on how  the Girl Scouts are in financial  trouble.You see the Moms that are the scout leaders don’t get paid plus the scouts that sell the cookies to raise money don’t get paid either ..However there are many paid employees that make big bucks yet they say that “The Girl Scouts”are not doing well. It has come to our attention that they are selling off land that they owned and have been using for camping and or picnics grounds to pay for the Large Pensions and Perks given to those high salary upper management executives and  highly paid employees.. Outrageous !!!

Most charitable entities have a volunteer force but a paid regulate the crew with all kind of perks.this is un exceptable.One  example”Many charities and non-profit organizations  are in receipt of government grants and stand to make a windfall in cash coming in.While all the higher-ups take advantage of Junkets and Big Bonus’s not to mention  all of those Huge 6 figure Salaries…. Mean while all the Mom’s and  the other low level volunteers that go door to door soliciting  donations out of goodness of their Hearts.So we urge everyone to insist on an annual statement from each and every charity that you intend to donate to.Do not be shocked if you find out of all the money that they collect that only as  little as 3% goes to the intended cause..Guess where the other 97% goes to?

So keep this in all in mind when you donate or don’t donate . /end
