Cable promised me a deal when I was without service for 2 months  after  Hurricane Sandy and told me that when the year is up to call the retention dept to re do the deal at the same  $150 per month for threaten year . They are not men of their word, first they tole me that there is not retention only a disconnect dept ..a bold face lie !!! I know that they record your telephone conversation for quality control purposes ,and that it is on record that they promised to renew my deal at $150 after  a year is up.       With The  Time Warner Cable Comcast  Merger.. pretty soon what we will have is  monopoly here in the metropolitan N.Y. Area  and the rest of the country is not to far behind it either. Even satellite . Dish Network or FIOS is not far behind in their pricing ..Its a low down dirty shame that  even for broadcast T.V. We need a cable box. My cable bill went up from $150 per month to $211 and they say that they are   giving me a discount..there is an expression in Yiddish” Don’t Pee On My back And tell me its raining ” In other words don’t Bull Sh–t a Bull Sh–ter. where are the politicians outcry?   The Sky Caps . those who take  your luggage at the airport actually make more than the pilots ..how strange .. do the  math.. 150 passengers per plane and $5.00 tip per bag or family and it adds up plus they receive a salary plus a benefit package as well.

Pilots make an average of$100.00 per year and no tips sky caps make  over $77.oo0 plus tips putting them over the top of pilots salary 150 Passengers times 6 planes per day  $5.00 a bag like I said you do the math  is it  fair ..not to the pilots /end

      The Federal Government Should Force home Heating Oil Companies To Lower prices. If  this Cold Spell Continues as many are experiencing  The Arctic Blast.

Our home insulation and wallets were not made for temperatures under 17 degrees.We the home owners in cold climate areas can go broke quickly while home heating oil companies get rich at the expense of  exploiting this tragedy of the super cold blast upon us . Homeowners need cash from The Federal Government to help pay for the high price to heat a home to keep home temperatures at  a high enough heat as not to have our water pipes burst.

Inorder to heat a house on northern areas it cost $800  to fill up your home heating oil.tank every 5_6 weeks.Homeowners ne d federal intervention and never it quick.in.place by next winter

No more raises for LIRR workers .. they make a very good …

 living with or without the overtime ..they make as much if not more than college graduates, $90,000. We the ridership had enough  ! Let the LIRR workers who are grossly overpaid with plenty of overtime pay stop making demands on the MTA. They are the highest paid rail workers in the nation. The public has had all it can take in fair hikes .and its as simply as that . Any workers that strikes should remember President Reagan and the air traffic controllers fate they should be terminated from their employment ../end

 If we are actually going through a global climate change . homeowners in areas area which normally have a lets say 20 degree cold day winter at its coldest & are now experiencing 3 degree days  will have  a rough time  paying for home heating oil as  thermostats must be kept higher which means bigger oil bills which are beyond the scope of the middle class homeowner to pay. Not only that but most if not all houses in the north east for instance were not made to withstand this type of cold ..the pipes and insulation are not up to the task of providing a warmth.’

I know my home heating oil bill  went from $535 for 2 months to $744  for an extra 4 days of sub freezing temperature and had one pipe break.if this is now the norm. we need

1. tax reduction to pay further escalating oil bills

2 a FEMA type help from  the government to refit homes with better insulation and piping/end
