I just purchased Glatt kosher chop meat for my Stuffed cabbage for my Rosh Hashana feast, I was shocked that it was labeled 80 % U.S, Beef 10% Canadian and 10% Mexican beef . What garbage are they selling as answering to a higher authority?
The Slaughter methods are crueller than non Kosher slaughter methods. By the way all Cattle Slaughtered-in N. Y. state slaughtered according to kosher methods and standards. ..However ”Glatt’ ‘has certain amount of cattle separated from the rest and has its own slaughter arrangement which includes separate pens and slaughter houses.It’s methods are crueller and not what was G-D intended for Jews to do. You decide ,maybe its high time we all become vegetarians And the price that they charge is a crying shame . yes you decide …… end
