 Local governments should imposes a Stop Gap measure on all  Builders to cease building any more malls in this recession until l 80% of Malls  space within a 3 mile radius are rented . What we have here is one builder building a new mall and the renters break their leases and run to rent in the new mall leaving a blight upon the landscape of empty stores and Bare strip malls , this has to stop  now . In a healthy economy it wouldn’t matter  but why would investors want to throw their money on new commercial mall constructiveness in this recession? its beyond me .end
