Don Lerman is on A strict 1.000 calorie a  day diet hoping to get to 199 lbs by Dec.1st at present is weighing in at 236 lbs  down from 260 lbs in July.

      you don’t have to hear this , there is a solution, don’t follow my blog, I’m breaking my back trying to shed the lbs and you should be praising me instead of negative comments .. Don Lerman
