The Death Knell of Italian resturants all across Ameica is a very simple one.Its falure of the resturantour to serve plain pasta with the sauce laddled over it.

What they are doing in its place is serving their pasta completly mixed up with the sauce ala a can of Chef Boyboyardee..patrons are not thrilled when being served pasta that way..they dont return.

Also they must stop selling Crispy or Conneticut style Pizza..it’s as simple as that
