Canada would do good if they accepted Trumps proposal to become a U.S.state. It may have originally been a joke  but Canada  has plenty of oil  which is in high demand from America. Let Quebbec become an independent country governed by The French,Separatists.Its a smart move good for for both the U.S & Canada
