.The psgng ratepayer once again are bearing the brunt of  who should pay for any pensions for pscng workers . The LIPA boars has got to be replaced and any raise in rates ,pension issue be put up on a referendum at the ballot box, Long Island pays  among the highest electric rates  in the nation.. where is the long Island state senators on this matter ? The governor should step in immediately and stop pscng from any and all raises and rate hikes  now
